Newly constructed private cottage on Cotton Row - This one bedroom one bathroom cottage is located on Cotton Row and is one of four cottages built in a row behind the original 902 Cotton Row yellow building that houses units 1-4.
Each cottage has a private patio off the front entrance. The living space features an open concept living room and kitchen with built-in bookshelves.
The kitchen features quartz countertops, subway tile, and stainless steel appliances. Laundry facilities are located in a closet to the left of the kitchen.
The bedroom features built-in drawers and shelving in a nook along with hardwood floors. The en-suite bathroom features ceramic tile, a cast iron tub, and the primary closet.

•A deposit equivalent to one months rent will be required to secure the unit.
•Pets are allowed with a one time, upfront and non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet in the leased premises. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. Felines must be spayed/neutered. In addition, a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet shall be added to the rent.
•All prospective tenants must fill out an application and will be required to pass credit, criminal, and background checks. A Non-Refundable $30 application fee is required which pays for a third-party background and credit check.
•We require a minimum credit score of 625 for approval, but anyone with a 600-624 credit score can be approved with an approved co-signer/guarantor who has a credit score of 625 or higher.
•If you are under the age of 21, you are required to have an approved co-signer/guarantor on your lease
