Brand new house, only two months lived in. Covered warranties on all major appliances and on household defects/ service issues if they arise at this time. House consists of three bedrooms, one bonus room and two and a half bathrooms. The landlord and an additional resident lives in the house in addition to the planned lodger. House includes a brand new washer and dryer, covered lanai with a grill, and high speed internet. The lodger will have access to their own bedroom, bathroom and access to the living room, kitchen and a parking place. In the lodger’s room there is furniture included as shown in the pictures. The home is ethernet wired and the lodger will have a personal connection in their room for use. The secondary bathroom’s shower (and only shower) will be shared between the lodger and the other resident. Smoking is only allowed outside on the lanai or on the front porch (not inside the house). Parking will be provided and the lodger will need to discuss with the landlord regarding schedule and parking needs. There will be an application fee ~($25-60) for serious applicants which will include a background check and credit report(s). Possibly one dog is allowed however there will be a large size dog in the house from time to time (ask me about that). Internet and utilities will be split three ways.
