Welcome to our 2 bed, 1 bath second floor condo in Ballard, with 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests! Recently remodeled with modern updates and ample natural light. Are you looking to relax? Get lost in a good book while sitting in the reading chair by the large bay window. Are you hoping to work remotely while traveling? Enjoy our blazing fast internet and 2 fully equipped work stations in the spacious living room.
Warm and inviting with a modern updated touch, this condo is perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those in the city for business! The house is centrally located in North Seattle with easy access to Lake Union, the Ship Canal, the Ballard Locks, Puget Sound, and Green Lake. Within easy walking distance is Seattle's main brewery district - home to over a dozen breweries - as well as downtown Ballard, with a charming Sunday farmer's market and some of the best restaurants in the city.
Both bedrooms feature a queen-size bed and the living room sofa pulls out to create a bed; altogether, the space comfortably accommodates up to four guests.
There are two dedicated work stations at the house, perfect for those looking to work remotely. Both work stations are fully equipped with an additional monitor, keyboard, and mouse. One work station includes an adjustable Varidesk standing desk to allow you to sit or stand while working.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a good meal and enjoy a bottle of wine after a long day of trekking in the mountains, sightseeing in the city, or working.
The house has central heating on a thermostat, in-unit laundry, high-speed WiFi (typically supporting multiple video calls at once), TV via Apple TV, and ample free street parking that is always available.
The entire place is yours to enjoy! Guests have their own entrance to the condo. Check-in/check-out is come as you please via an entry lock with digital keypad.
Other things to note
** There is a Ring Doorbell outside that has camera capability.
** This is the upper unit of a duplex with working professionals livings in the unit below so you may hear some movement at times. However, the tenants respect quite hours between 9pm - 8am on Weekdays and 10pm - 8am on Weekends.
** There can be slight street noise from 8th Ave but none of the bedrooms are facing the main street.
