Tenant pays all utilities. Tenant mows the grass or pays to have it done. There is no smoking in the house and yes I will evict you if you do. Only the persons on the lease may live in the house as well as any pet on the lease. Any extra persons or pets found on the property sorry but you will get evicted. Lease is one year only and may be extended as long as I see you respect my property as if it were your own. My tenants normally stay years with me. I am an OWNER/LANDLORD No property management company to deal with EVER. Pets allowed have an additional cost and must fill out additional paperwork for each pet.
