$1,450 - Opening Mid-December-Spacious 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom- Under New Management/Ownership

3 bedroom/2bathroom energy efficient apartment home. All apartments include a dishwasher, spacious closet with washer/dryer hookups, air conditioning, and over 1350 sq. ft.?! We offer off-street parking and have ample parking. Hot Water, Gas Heat, and Electricity is not included in the rent and will need to be set up directly with the utility company. We offer the best of city living with a quick drive to the marina, restaurants, and shopping. We are a non-smoking and animal free building.

We have twenty-two 3-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment homes. Our tax credit apartments are offered at lower than market prices to households meeting our qualification guidelines. To rent an apartment at these below-market rates, you must prove that your household income and assets fall within the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) requirements, for instance the maximum income limits are listed below per household size:

Income Guidelines:

Household of 1- below $47,340

Household of 2- below $54,060

Household of 3- below $60,840

Household of 4- below $67,560

Household of 5- below $73,020

Household of 6- below $78,420

In addition it is required you meet minimum income limits as well. These limits are determined by the price of an apartment. All applicants are subject to a credit check and a criminal background check and must provide satisfactory references from prior landlords. The total number of residents per apartment is limited to 2 people per bedroom.
