3. If you have someone who will guarantee that the rent will be paid who has maintained employment at the same place for at least 1 year and earned at least $30,000 in 2021.
APPLICATION PROCESS: Each adult must complete a separate application, which will be e-mailed to you, and provide written proof of earned income, along with a recent credit report. If you do not have written proof of your income, please do not apply to rent this property. If you qualify to rent this property, you will be asked to complete an application. There will be a $25 fee for a background check, if your application is approved.
