There’s a ton of storage in the back and on the covered parking area.
There’s even a shop area where you can store tools and do projects.
It’s a fully fenced yard so a dog is more than welcome. No cats please.
Please note that this is an older house with a lot of character and quirks. The place isn’t perfect. So if you’re super picky about ascetics, this is probably not the place for you.
But it is a very cool and livable house for the right people.
No cats are allowed. That’s firm.
We do not accept Alaska housing.
Tenant pays all utilities and maintains the yard.
