Welcome to the Hill House! The first thing you notice when you pull up to this adorable house is the long driveway that has room for 3 cars plus one more in the attached single car garage. Once entered you’ll see the hardwood floors through out the living room, dining room and bedrooms. There are 3 bedrooms on main floor with a king bed, queen bed and bunk bed with full and twin mattresses. Each bedroom has a built-in closet with 2 drawers at the bottom and cabinet on the top. Across from the bedrooms is the main bathroom. Downstairs has another bathroom, laundry room, an office, living room and game room area with a bar, mini fridge, darts and foos ball table. There is a fully enclosed fenced backyard. The patio has a outdoor dining set, gas fire pit, kids play set, dog house and dog kennel. There are two dog doors leading to the garage and kitchen. There is a $50 non-refundable pet deposit per pet. And please ask about our housekeeping plans which include pet waste removal.
