Heating: Forced Air Gas - Propane (LP Gas) - Propane tank is 500g and propane provided by Big Horn Co-op in Riverton.
Cooling: Tenant provides own A/C Unit(s) (if desired), A/C units may be provided by owner in some circumsatances.
Tenant Pays:
Propane ~$150-200/month (Big Horn Co-op - Riverton - 500g Tank)
Electric: ~$90/month (High Plains Power)
