I have one room available at $600/month. $150 for utilities. Available Immediately. I prefer a one-year lease but could do six months or month-to-month. Access to the rest of the house is unrestricted except for other bedrooms, obviously. Free use of kitchenware and appliances, TV, etc. Long driveway, so there is no need to worry about plowing days. Well-behaved dogs are encouraged; my dog misses having other dogs around (no breed restrictions). No cats, sorry.

I have a day-bed and a twin-sized bed that are available. Neither is very comfortable, to be honest. There is a dresser in the room. All are available but can also be stored. Great closet space.

I'm on the left politically but can get along with anyone. That said, no conservatives. LGBTQ friendly and safe, non-negotiable.
