My partner and I are looking for someone to take over the remainder of our current lease at Parc Haven Apartments. Available after the first week of November. Current lease ends February 2023.
We are moving out of town, and don't want to pay the lease buyout fee, but would be a waste for the unit to just sit empty.
Rent is $2,475 a month, which includes utilities, parking, internet and cable tv, as well as trash valet service.
We are willing to forfeit our security deposit, as well as pay for the month of November.
If interested you would apply with the apartment management and pay the application fee to transfer the last few months of the lease to you.
You could renew the lease with the apartment management when the current lease ends in February, which is a great time to renew a lease for a lower rate than spring/summer/fall.
Our apartment complex (Parc Haven) does have identical units available, although you'd pay more to rent for the same amount of time.

Located in across the street from Symphony Park at the Smiths center, in Downtown Las Vegas,
0.5 mi from Premium Outlets shopping center.
Quick 10 minute walk to Downtown Vegas and The Fremont St. Experience using the pedestrian bridge, it crosses above the train tracks behind the Reynolds Concert Hall next door. If you feel like staying in, it's super quiet and relaxing.
