Very serene neighborhood, west of Harrison, where a short stroll gets you to the excitement of Hyde Park. Warm and inviting home nestled in the quiet part of north end. There is a beautiful tongue and groove sun room off of the kitchen and retro tiled bathrooms. Laundry area right off kitchen - nice! Yard maintenance is provided every other week for a fresh nice outdoor space! Wood floors are newly refinished and gleaming!
Washer and dryer pair, dishwasher, gas heat, ac, sprinkler system, sunroom and - pets are more than welcome! Extremely comfortable new queen beds in each upper bedroom and one more in the huge downstairs room along with an equally plush twin bed. Guests have referred to them as "crazy comfortable!" : )
Enjoy all of the different architectural styles while you take a quick walk to Hyde Park! The neighborhood is fanTAStic! You can walk south 7 blocks to grocery store, shops and even more restaurants!
Fenced in is wonderful for one well behaved dog or cat! Home will accommodate one very quiet, non-barking, lazy "insurance-friendly" dog (ex. no pit bulls, rotties). Your fixed pet (cat or dog) is more than welcome! $50 plus $2 a day each. Please let me know how many total pets and what kind so I can accommodate them. : )
ROKU TVs in bedroom and front room : ) The main floor of home has all you need and only 3 stairs to get to it! Downstairs is one big bedroom with a queen bed and one twin bed. Parking for 2 cars is on street right in front of home please. Never a problem.
Needing to do business? You're set! Ethernet hard wire internet!
My places are completely smoke free - NO parties or any smoking in, on or around the neighborhood - please! If you choose to smoke or party, you face immediate removal and fines/fees.
