A ground-floor entrance welcomes you into a spacious living room featuring a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings at home. The well-sized kitchen offers a gas stove, trash compactor, and dishwasher. A microwave is included for tenant use but will not be replaced. A gas washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit and are also available for tenant use. The home also includes a whole-house vacuum system, with equipment stored in a dedicated storage room. The primary bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom with a large soaking tub. A two-car garage is located upstairs and can be accessed from the unit via the common-area stairwell. The unit has received several recent upgrades, including new windows, blinds, freshly painted and an exterior facelift.
