A relatively unassuming brown brick structure in downtown Winchester, KY, the Commercial Deposit Bank building was built in the 1920's and features a concrete window ledge relief that wraps the building with faux concrete support columns built onto the façade. The adjacent McEldowney Building and the Commercial Deposit Bank Building have been joined together to provide access between offices and services within the complex. Recently restored this downtown historical building has been outfitted with a new security system as well as a shared kitchenette and conference room space. With 24 hour on-call maintenance and off street parking available in the basement parking garage, the Commercial Deposit Bank Building is the crown jewel of our office space.
