There is a large living area, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a private balcony to enjoy the salt air! Myrtle Beach Resort has a gated entry and offers spacious resort-style living. The amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a playground, picnic tables, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, hot tubs, a sauna and fitness center, restaurants, and a convenience store. Please note some amenities may not be seasonably available. Relax on the balcony, walk on the beach, and, enjoy the many, fine restaurants the Grand Strand has to offer. The Resort is located near Market Common, the Myrtle Beach International Airport, and the Coastal Grand Mall.
Southern Coast does not permit smoking, pets, motorcycles, or trailers.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
The monthly rental rate of $1,295 includes utilities.
A security deposit of $1,295 is due upon acceptance of an approved application.
A processing fee of $200 must be paid prior to move-in.
