Enter the cottage into a breakfast nook with bright, beachy kitchenette to the side. The kitchen has full size dishwasher, refrigerator, electric range and period cabinets. Tile floors are throughout.
The living room has an electric fireplace, 55” TV, One Queen Sofa bed, and a recliner. A small bedroom to the side of the living room has a Twin sofa bed and closet.
There is shared full bath in the hallway with brand new tile shower.
The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and huge double closet.
The laundry room is outdoors in the large front yard storage shed, which can be locked to keep your fishing poles and tackle safe.
Your vacation cottage is only a 3.2 mile drive to Wrightsville Beach Boat Ramp and only 4.5 miles to the public beach access. It is a 3 minute drive to Bradley Creek, and only a 25 minute drive to Snows Cut boat ramp and the beaches on Pleasure Island. If you're in town for a college activity, you are only afew minutes away. This is a great, affordable bungalow for attending a concert: 10 minutes from either Greenfield Lakes or Riverfront amphitheater!
