Your private bedroom is fully furnished: a full-size bed, a work desk, a work chair, a bookshelf, a closet, a big window, washer/dryer in unit. All you need is to bring your own bedding/pillow covers.
I'm looking for a long-term suitemate with steady full-time job or school that rents the private bedroom in the big unit. I travel away for work, so we won't overlap for more than 1 week during your whole length of stay. So basically you can have the whole place yourself most of the time.
Very convenient for public transportation, close to bus, Link Light Rail, and Street Car. There's a grocery store 1 block away, a cafe right across the street, a few food options 1 or 2 blocks away. Walkable distance to Capitol Hill where you can find all kinds of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
I will stay at a small area in the living room when I'm not traveling, again, less than 1 week during your stay.
