$1,600 includes utilities for approximately 900 square feet that include a laundry area, and an expansive private patio. There is dedicated parking for the tenant.

Ideal reclusive, country hideaway, yet minutes from Highway 280.

20 minutes to Fletcher & Hendersonville-
25 minutes to West Asheville.
There are tons of hiking trails, streams, and waterfalls in the surrounding area.
The inside has been custom-designed. We have used non-toxic materials, such as 0 VOC paint. The bedroom carpet is non-toxic. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress for guests. The rental has authentic tongue-in-groove wood ceilings. We have a multi-color slate on the floor, archway & walls to increase the ambiance. There are 2 French doors that look out over a lake view & an upholstered seating area on the patio. This is not a cookie-cutter apartment. It is the entire lower level of a small estate-like home in a stunning setting. The neighbors live at a discreet distance offering you plenty of privacy.
If you have a lot of belongings & furniture, you will need to rent a storage unit as there is no place to accommodate any furniture & storage items. Because it is a short-term rental similar to an Air BnB but on a monthly lease, storage items, and furniture need to be secured elsewhere.
Garage parking, storage, and usage are not available.
$1650 for the first month, last months rent, and $1,000 security deposit due upon signing the lease
No pets are preferred.
(But, 2 pets max. will be considered on a case-by-case basis)
Pet must be under 40 lbs, quiet, well trained, obedient, non-aggressive, toilet trained & not destructive (like scratching on furniture/carpet)
