Room is furnished, no additional furniture is allowed. Sheets, pillows, blankets acceptable.
Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. No additional kitchen appliances or kitchenware is allowed. Dishes must be washed and returned immediately after use.
Shared areas must be kept in clean and tidy condition. No storage of personal belongings in shared areas, including interior and exterior areas of the property. Additional house rules regarding noise, guests, and other policies apply.
At this time there are also increased health and safety protocols.
To qualify applicant must have past rental history in good standing (with references) and credit in good standing. (700+) A professional credit, criminal, background, and reference check will be conducted for all applicants. Applications with negative remarks in any of these categories will be disqualified.
