This space is intended as a temporary housing solution, not a permanent residence (traveling contract workers, temporary housing for relocating to the area, 30+ day vacation, place to stay during home renovation, etc.).
This is the downstairs level in a two-story home with a bathroom, living space, kitchenette, and laundry room. The living room includes a futon couch, a comfy chair, and Roku TV to access your streaming services. The kitchenette is stocked with a microwave, mini-fridge, double burner, toaster, and coffee pot as well as typical kitchen utensils, dishes, and cookware. The bathroom is stocked with towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, and soaking salts for the bathtub. You will have your own entrance through the backdoor with a keypad entry and a designated driveway parking space.
The rental price includes all utilities- electricity, water, wi-fi, and garbage.
No smoking on the property.
Pets welcome with approval (backyard is fenced) and $25/mo pet rent per pet, plus additional $500 deposit.
Adventist Hospital is a 4-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from this house.
In your time off you will find beautiful hikes in the National Scenic Columbia Gorge and a cute, historical downtown shopping area.
