The master bedroom features a queen size bed.
The second bedroom contains a full size bed.
The Belle rents for $2,220 per month or $79/night with a 30 night minimum stay September-February.
The rate is $2,820/month or $101/night for the months of March and April.
The monthly rate is $2,720 per month or $97/night when staying May-August.
Additional Fees
There is a one time cleaning fee of $85 (shorter stays) or $155 (30 nights+). This home is professionally cleaned between guests. When you check out, simply remove your personal items and food. We take care of the rest.
$500 deposit due to block off calendar. $69 goes towards insurance policy, good for 6 months. The rest is applied to the first month's rent. Please click here for more information on our insurance policy.
If guests elect not to purchase the insurance policy, they can place $3,000 as a refundable security deposit, due to block off calendar.
Guests can pay weekly or monthly via bank debit or credit card (3% fee with credit card payments).

Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided.
