**Room Features:** You will have your own spacious, unfurnished master bedroom, which includes a walk-in 5-piece ensuite bathroom and ample closet space.
**Included Amenities:**
- Central air conditioning and heating
- All major appliances
- A furnished patio, living room, and dining area
- Your own pantry in the kitchen
- One parking spot in the attached garage
**Details:** Rent is $900/month, plus utilities (Xcel & Water), which are divided equally among residents. You will need to set up your own internet service. You would only share the kitchen and living area with me, while the front entrance and laundry will be shared with two others, as I also rent out my basement apartment.

**Pets:** negotiable if your pet doesnt shed. Only one more pet allowed since renter in basement has a golden retriever. No pet fee.
