Only $660 a month (+$250 security deposit), all utilities, internet, trash, and maintenance are included. You will share a bathroom with only 1 other female who understandably prefers a female bath-mate, hence the female roommate wanted. 12x10.5-ft room plus closet. Single occupant only, no couples. Co-ed household but mainly female in the house. Awesome, easy-going people in a friendly, professional, artistic household. This is a drama-free zone. Not a party house. No dogs or cats. Off street parking available. Each room has its own lock. Six people total in house, but youd never know it. Only 3 miles from downtown and 1 mile from Manitou. Shopping/eateries/etc. are very convenient. I’ve been renting rooms for 20 years and only live with other real adults in a comfortable, fun, respectful environment.
