This home comes with an in unit washer / dryer and central A/C and heat. The landscaping and pest control are taken care of by management. The property does NOT come furnished.

There is a $45 per adult application fee

In addition to the base rent, water/trash is a flat $65 a month.

Security Deposit of $1,990 and 1st months rent are required at the time of lease signing.

This rental is Not enrolled in section 8.

Self- employment will require the applicant's previous year's tax return as income verification. An applicant that is not currently employed must provide proof of funds.

- Negative rental history, eviction, or outstanding monies owed to a previous landlord are encouraged not to apply

- All persons 18 years of age or older must be a leaseholder and qualify for the unit with the applicant.

- This is a smoke free property.

- Credit history and criminal background check will be done on all applicants and any occupant 18 years of age or older.

-Occupancy is limited to 4 people for this 2 bedroom home.
