In the kitchen you'll find all new stainless steel appliances except the fridge, which is 5 years old. A Duo Keurig coffee maker, dishware, silverware, and all manner of baking and cooking utensils are provided. There are two brand new smart TVs, a 65 inch and a 55 inch.
The rental fee also includes a bi-weekly house cleaning service which represents a savings to the tenant. Lawn care and driveway snow removal are provided. There's also an exterior security system. Should you require pasturing your horses (2 only allowed), a one acre pasture and barn storage for their feed is available for an additional $500/month.
Tranquility is yours in the lovely evenings as you cozy up by the electric fireplace.
There's an application fee of $50.00 per applicant 18 years old and older. Monthly rent is $3,450/month. (Additional $500/month if interested in renting the pasture). A security deposit of $3,450 is due at the time of signing, (additional $500 security deposit if interested in renting the pasture), along with a tenant initiation fee of $150.00. Resident to establish electricity, natural gas and garbage billing in their name. Renter's Insurance is required. One well-trained, house-broke dog would be allowed with a pet deposit of $500 ($250 of which would be refundable based on the condition of the home at move out) and $50/month pet rent. No SMOKING or VAPING.
