You would have your own floor of the home included with; fully furnished room, remodeled bathroom, huge walk in closet, brand new washer and dryer, and kitchen. The house has a great sized back yard that is fenced in with a patio seating area and fire pit. Parking is available on the street at anytime. The house is in a well kept neighborhood that is walking distance to coffee shops, grocery stores, bus station, gym, restaurants, and even a lake that has great walking paths. This location is also close to the new train to downtown. The home has easy access whether you are looking to reach I-70 and head to the mountains, or Downtown Denver. We are looking for a single renter who doesn't smoke in the house, have pets, and is tidy.
A little about us:
Myself and my boyfriend (both 30) have full time jobs and gone most of the week. Otherwise, we are up in the mountains skiing, hiking, camping, and just enjoying Colorado on weekends with our dog, Stella. We enjoy having a quiet and relaxed home but are also respectful of others space. We are social drinkers and non-smokers. We are mostly looking for a respectful professional who shares the same values and courteous to others around them. Sorry we can't have any other pets in the house.
Rent is a flat rate of $1000 including all utilities and WiFi. Security deposit will be $1000. Must complete background check.
