Acceptable credit score. Good work and residential history with verifiable references for both. Your combined income should be approximately 2.5 times the rent. The applications are considered for approval on first come basis only when submitted with the deposit and the credit report fee. After approval of the application(s): First month rent (to be paid when signing the lease).

PETS: Cats and friendly dogs (except the largest heaviest breeds) are welcome with pet fee (non-refundable) and pet deposit (refundable). (The manager must meet your dog before submitting the application for approval.) We don’t charge monthly pet’s rent.
