1 bedroom left for the 2023-2024 school year in this condo across the street from Starbucks - We have 1 bedroom left in this updated 4 bed - 2 bath condo for rent! This condo has open living area that includes kitchen, dining and living room, and has a washer/dryer and balcony/patio.
$475/bedroom - Electric and water are included with monthly caps of $150 for electric and $75 for water.
This is a sublease from now through 07/28/2024. If you choose to renew the rent will increase to $525/bedroom.
Hunters Ridge is located off of Port Republic Rd. On JMU's bus line and is close enough to walk or bike to Campus. We are pet-friendly however, we cannot take aggressive breeds or dogs under 1 year of age. Our list of aggressive breeds is available on the first page of our online application. The refundable pet deposit is $500. No pet rent!
The application process consists of reviewing your income source and calculating your debt to income ratio (Rent plus monthly payments per your credit report divided by your income). We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. For those renting from a private landlord, a copy of your lease will be required.
