STEP 3 — SEE THE HOUSE: If your application meets the rental requirements, we’ll set up a showing for you.
STEP 4 — PUT YOUR NAME ON IT: Ready to commit? Put down a Holding Deposit. That will reserve the property for you while we work on the Lease Agreement and you get ready to make it your home. When you move in, the Holding Deposit will be applied toward your security deposit.
