The apartment is located just two buildings down from the main four corners in the Village of Dryden; walking distance to banking, shopping and other conveniences. Upon entering the apartment, you walk into the main living room/bedroom space, the kitchen is separate and has some eat-in space for a table. There is a full bath with a shower as well.



Rent is $725/month, which includes all the apartments utilities. Tenants would be responsible for cable, internet and trash tags for weekly trash removal. Parking at the building is tricky and not guaranteed, there is a public parking lot approximately 1 block from the building that residents can use. There is coin operated washer and dryer on site as well. The apartment is non-smoking and is not furnished. We can permit one cat, with an additional deposit. Dogs are not permitted at this location. We do require references, security deposit and first months rent. The initial lease term would be 6-7 months, with the option to renew for a standard 10-12 months thereafter.
