The resident is also responsible for removing snow from the patio/deck, maintaining the water softener salt levels, and replacing water filters as needed. Lawn care as well as snow removal from the walking surfaces and driveway are provided by owners. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy for the duration of the lease. The resident(s) must obtain new Utah Driver's Licenses with the Property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements and must show proof of change within a specific timeframe.

A plethora of amenities are available to club members (membership not included with rental) like a beach club, two golf courses, clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and more.
