This Wedgewood condo is beautifully furnished featuring two bedrooms,two bathrooms, and a spacious living room! It is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances, dishware, and cutlery. It also features a washer/dryer, so you can avoid the laundromat! The master bedroom boasts a king size bed while the guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds. Both the living room and bedrooms have television for the nights where you'd rather stay in.
After a day at the golf course, take a drive to the beach, or enjoy a drink on the condo's back porch overlooking the Greg Norman course!
Rent for this lovely condo is $1395.00 per month with a $1395.00 security deposit.
There is a $100.00 processing fee due prior to move-in.
Guests at Wedgewood may have two parking passes.
Our properties are completely non smoking, including the porch.
We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.
