No pets allowed - please do not ask. This space does not have a kitchen or washer/dryer.
Month-to-month rental available for February, March, and April only. Price is $1,200/month, non-negotiable.
Viewings available beginning January 30, but a viewing is not required before signing a lease.
A leisurely, 10-minute walk to Haywood Road or a 5-minute easy walk to Patton Ave, this cozy, modern space is perfect to serve as your base for Asheville-area adventures. An Amazon Fire TV, king-sized bed, Keurig (coffee and sugar provided), toaster oven, mini fridge, microwave, dishes, and more make this your perfect short-term landing!
We do have two children and the door between our living space and the suite is sound-proofed, however some sound does still pass through. If you're uncomfortable with some level of sound, this might not be a good fit for you. Our children are typically active from 7:30 am-7:30 pm.
For your comfort, we observe the following quiet hours with our family:
Weekdays: 9 pm-7 am.
Weekends: 9 pm-8 am.
The space is private and cozy with new, comfortable, modern, and stylish furniture and decorations. The couch folds out into a sleepable futon. We also offer an elevated queen air mattress, which fits in the living room area.
Take a relaxing bath or shower in the tiled tub. With an instant hot water heater, you'll never run out of hot water!
The bedroom's king bed is comfortable, firm, and supportive with several pillow options. A custom table and beautiful side-lamp let you relax into the evening. There are extra pillows and blankets in the bedroom closet.
All windows have black-out curtains. The heating/air-condition thermostat is in the hallway between the living room and bedroom, so you can adjust the temperature exactly as you like it.
Parking is right next to the suite with a quick and easy, private entrance to the suite.
The neighborhood is walkable and an easy, enjoyable 10-minute walk to Haywood Road -- West Asheville's "main street" -- and an even easier, 5-minute walk to Patton Avenue. Uber is also very available in this neighborhood.
On both Haywood and Patton, you'll find all kinds of local restaurants, breweries, bars, and activities. Patton Avenue is where you'll find your standard comforts.
Grocery store (Ingles): 5 minutes
Sam's Club: 5 minutes
Gasoline: 5 minutes
Chipotle, Starbucks: 2 minutes
Please note that when you arrive at our home, the apartment entrance is to the left of the house. Use the stairs in front of your car where you parked to go to the left of the house. Youll see a burgundy porch and your own, private entrance to the apartment. Your code will not work on the main door of the house.
We ask guests not to wear shoes in the suite.
