We are a mother-daughter duo who are moving out of the country and would like to find a quiet, respectful, and eco-conscious tenant.
The property is within biking (and walking if you're motivated!) distance from the 101 and Ponto, Beacons, or Grandview beach. We created an eco-friendly space in the hopes to promote energy and water conservation.
We would love to find someone who shares similar values in the conservation of our precious resources here in California.
Utilities are included in the rental price.
No pets allowed.
No smoking is allowed in the apartment.
1 Parking space is provided.
There is no pool on the property.
Requesting security deposit, first and last month's rent (open for negotiation).
