One level home with a separate 1 car carport, large fenced in backyard and exterior storage building. This home has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an extra room that has a fireplace. The extra room (off of the kitchen), CANNOT be used as a bedroom, it could strictly be usable as a den, playroom, home office, extra storage, etc. There is a laundry room off of the extra room. Cute country kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, oven, a separate cook top, and room for an eating area. This home does NOT have central heat and air, instead it has electric baseboards for heat and window units for air/cooling. There is hard, laminate flooring throughout, except for the bathroom which has vinyl. There is a good sized front porch and a large fenced in backyard. The exterior storage building and single carport, are included for a tenants use "As Is" and at their own risk only. No additional charge is applied because of either; and if either ever became damaged or destroyed, they would not be repaired or replaced, and there would be no discount in the rent if either were ever not usable.

Utilities and Yardcare are the tenants responsibility.

Garbage Vendor is Tenants Choice (we can provide some vendors to check with)

Tenant is responsible for their own yardcare.

ARI bills tenant $9.50 per month for tenant liability insurance.

Legal Liability Insurance Required – We will accept coverage you obtain on your own OR it is available for $9.50 per month, added to your rent through our source. This is for $100,000 coverage amount with no deductible (see below for more information).

A tenant can obtain the legal liability insurance on their own OR for your convenience it can be automatically included through our rental website for a charge of $9.50 per month. This monthly charge is in addition to your regular monthly rent amount. If a tenant chooses to obtain this legal liability insurance policy through an insurance company of your choice, tenant will be required to have our firm listed as named insured. The tenant will be named as an additional insured party and must provide proof of coverage for the duration of the lease agreement (must provide a paid receipt for a year in advance).
