Guests have access to the coin-operated laundry facilities. Please note that there is no elevator in the building, and there are 15 stairs up to the first landing and 9 stairs to the main hall of the Flats. Street parking in much of Downtown Livingston has a 2-hour limit (9AM-5PM). Longer-term parking is available one-block away in the lot off B Street. The front entrance to the Flats is off Lewis Street.

This building, which is now home to the Montana Block Flats, was once the Montana Block Hotel (established in 1906). The hotel served tourists in the summer months but throughout the years they relied on the 'drummer' trade.
