As stated above, the house features 1725 square feet of interior space. It is lightly-furnished (i.e. bed w mattress in 1 bdr, dining table, chairs, sofa and desk). The home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room and nicely appointed kitchen (see photos). There is also a laundry room and a two car garage as well as a patio.
