Yep!! This gorgeous 3/2 bath here in Belhaven even has a 1 car garage! No JOKE!! (There are $500k houses in Belhaven that don't have that!) Once you walk in the front door we think you'lll kind-of love it. Hardwood floors, a wood burning fireplace, an updated craftsman's kitchen, all appliances included (w/ washer and dryer), a garage (I know, I'm repeating myself...) A great lay out... It's a great place, and Belhaven is a wonderful place with great community. You'll also feel safe with JPD, Capitol Police, and a private security sevice! With all the fun happening in the neighborhood, the Belhaven Mountain Bike Trails, the running club, the Fertile Ground Brewery, Laurel Street Park, The Fairview, and so much more we're sure you're going to love it here.
Note that the house is a duplex. The upstairs is Unit A, the 3/2, and the tenants who'll be there get the driveway, the garage, the back upper deck, and the front yard. The downstairs is a 1/1 that has a separate entrance and the whole backyard.
