Resident Benefits Package & Renter’s Insurance:

Tenant's MUST have and provide proof of renter's insurance. You have the option of enrolling in the Resident Benefit's Package and renter’s insurance offered by us for an additional monthly fee (currently $40.00 per month) as additional rent. This package provides payment and services benefits as well as enrolling you in the renter’s insurance program that provides insurance coverage for your personal belongings and accidental property damage. OR get your own renter's insurance naming the Landlord and Property Management Company, as additional insured and provide proof of the same.
