A five minute drive to Barre City School while also along the bus route and a short walk to downtown Barre. Stores, Grocery and other amenities in the Berlin and Montpelier area just a short 10 minute drive.
Tenant would take care of Heat and Electricity. Rent includes water/sewer, plowing, and trash/recycling. Pets are generally not preferred for this property. However, we do welcome service animals. $1,250/month, rent is non-negotiable.
First and 1-Month Security due at signing, no exceptions. Good prior rental history, credit history, no evictions and sufficient income are required.

Once your application is submitted, we'll reach out to schedule a showing upon review. We always recommend scheduling a time in person or via Zoom to meet with us for a showing.
If you wish to move forward with the application process from there, you'll provide proof of income (generally the last three months) for income verification, and we'll run a credit / background check upon your consent.
Once the reports are delivered to us, we'll review your full application for consideration. If approved, we deliver a lease agreement electronically for you to sign. First and Security will be due upon signing the agreement.
