QUALIFICATIONS:

All applicants over 18 must pre-qualify their total income based on WSHFC guidelines to 60% AMI. We accept Section 8 Vouchers and Subsidy Rental Assistance programs!

1-person: $50,160

2-person: $57,360

3-person: $64,500

Our minimum income requirement is the ability to pay the security deposit equal to one month rent, the first month of rent, and the application fee of $47 per person.

UNIT:

RENT:

$1095 per month, 12-month lease. The application fee is $50.00 per person. Security deposit is $821.25, equal to one month's rent, refundable pending lawful deductions. Additionally, zero security deposit for those who choose to enroll in RHINO.

UTILITIES:

Water, sewer, and garbage are at no additional charge. Electricity is the responsibility of the resident(s). Cable/internet is responsibility of resident(s).

LAUNDRY:

The washer and dryer are shared and conveniently located on floors 2 through 7. The PayRange APP makes it easy to load funds online and sends alerts when the wash will be complete.

PETS:
