Rental amount includes water, sewer, garbage and parking. Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. There is a $40 non-refundable application fee per adult. Sorry, no co-signers or guarantors. We now welcome one (1) cat per unit! Please note that we are a non-smoking property. For a tour of the property, we invite you to contact the Park View Terrace management office at [Use CALL button] between 9am-5pm/Monday-Friday, and 9am-3pm/Saturdays.
