Lindy may have grown up in Springfield, but she came to St. Louis as soon as she could. She made a place for herself near the unassuming divide of North and Southampton in a surprisingly updated, farmhouse-chic South City 1BR. Want more adjectives?? Lindy keeps it light and bright, also serves a pretty tall order at the breakfast bar, and is the envy of the neighborhood with TWO balconies- a lil cutie off the front, and a big bahama mama off the back! idk, that's just what Lindy called it, okay.. She also called the parking pad "ultimate foursquare tournament material," but I had to remind her that she's a second-story apartment and doesn't drive, so it's a parking pad with a spot for each unit. Between all that, there's the funky and modern kitchen, refreshed bathroom, and a sunny bedroom.
APP STUFF:
Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
