We screen **first come, first served and honor fair housing guidelines. The screening fee is $50.00 per applicant adult, and all over the age of 18 as well as emancipated minors must apply. In addition to the application, 2 forms of photo ID (any with your DOB) and 2 current pay stubs, proof of income is required on all financially responsible parties. Self-employed parties must provide 2021 tax returns and 2022 year-to-date profit and loss report.

****First come, first served is determined by the order that complete household applications are received and all applications from all applicants in a household must have submitted fully completed applications before an application will be considered. A household means all parties over the age 18 occupy a unit.

Photos may be of a representative unit and may be from a previous period when a home was vacant. All applicants must view our homes to satisfy themselves as to the condition, layout, and other details that applicants may deem important.

Please note our policy for holding a unit: Once approved you will have 24 hours to put down an “execution deposit”. Deposits to hold are not refunded for failure to view. This will hold your new home for you for 4 additional calendar days, at which time you are expected to take possession and pay the remaining move-in funds. All move-in funds are required to be in the form of a cashier’s check (certified funds). We do not accept money orders. Information is deemed reliable and is not guaranteed. Late Fee = $75.00-$150.00
