Arcadia Townhome in Gated Community

Wonderful private front little courtyard, fun atrium adjacent to the kitchen for a vertical herb garden, and high vaulted ceilings in the living area. If you are a fan of craft beers, OHSO is just over a mile away up the street. There is also a green belt along 48th street that extends up to Indian School Road. Now why is that absolutely amazing? Picture this: you're taking your dog out for a walk along the green belt, and you reach Osborn, roughly 1/2 mile from the house. Now, you can choose to circle back home, OR walk the same distance up to ohso, get a treat for you and your dog, and then make your way back home feeling good about yourself because your 1 mile walk became 2.
