The studio has a full kitchen, bathroom with step in shower (NO bathtub), french doors and windows that overlook the yard, soaring ceiling with skylight, and file floors. There is a baseboard heater for heat. There is limited closet space so two portable closets are provided for tenant use.
The Owners will consider one, quiet, under 25 pounds, small dog or cat with additional deposit.
Tenant pays a flat rate of $150 per month for utilities except internet - -which they pay separately.
Lease term is one year, then month to month.
There are no laundry facilities onsite - Tenant will have to do laundry offsite.
There is one, or two, off-street, uncovered, parking spaces provided at the front of the property. There is no storage onsite for tenant use beyond the space in the studio.
Qualifications to rent
1) Co-signers will not be allowed
2) Household Income must be legal, verifiable, and at least $5800 per month
3) Credit scores must be 625 or higher with nothing in arrears or collections
4) Rental references (or home ownership) of at least 2 years of positive references from a non relative.
5) Each occupant aged 18 and over must apply and meet the qualifying standards.
This is firmly a no smoking (of any kind) property.
