Linens, kitchenware and wall hangings can be included or removed, at tenant's request. The locked storage area off garage and outbuildings are reserved for owner's use. Owner reserves right to use RV parking area and expects to be onsite June 2023 and occasionally during March-May 2024. Owner will respect tenants privacy.
