Walking distance to MAX, bus lines, and Portland Streetcar. No need for a car - walk or bike anywhere!

All utilities included in rent (garbage, water, electric and gas)! Internet must be arranged on your own.



- Lease information: minimum fixed term 6 month lease

- Lease will automatically convert to a month to month lease at end of term unless tenant is given 90 days notice to vacate. This apartment has received an exemption from the relocation assistance program.

- Applications will begin to be accepted on September 23rd, 2022 at 4:30pm

- First month's rent, plus security deposit of $800 due upon signing lease

- $40 application fee for credit and background check

Our screening standards:

1. Gross household income must be at least 2.5x rent amount. Applicant(s) need 6 months verifiable income. Copies of 6 recent paystubs or other supporting documents required to verify income

2. Credit score of 600+

3. No evictions, ever

4. Any convictions in the last 2 years will be reviewed

5. No violent, armed, or destructive crimes, ever

6. No or low credit card debt

7. Positive references from minimum of 2 former landlords

8. Credit, background checks and filled in questionnaire required for all adults. Any incorrect information is grounds for denial of application

9. Pets: None

10. Smoking: Not allowed

11. One local contact personal reference per lease signee

12. Illegal Drug Use: Not allowed

13. 1st month's rent plus security deposit due at time of lease signing

14. Timeliness: Punctual in appointments and payments

15. Household size not to exceed 2 per unit
