Hello Eugene! I am currently moving out of my house, and replace myself on the lease. The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath, and were looking to fill 1 of the bedrooms at $800/month, utilities included. We are located off of Hawkins Lane, with a 2 car garage, private driveway, fireplace, and 2nd story deck. Roommate at the house is in his late twenties, and a motorcycle loving carpenter. The house also has a well behaved 6-year old pooch, and allows cats. As a household, we each enjoy living with room mates and building a household community, sometimes sharing meals together, however we appreciate the understanding that everyone is living their own life and requires the ability for private time at home sometimes. Were 420 friendly, no tobacco use is allowed indoors, and generally we enjoy not being a party house, although we do enjoy having friends over for social gatherings on occasion.
One of the bedrooms has a bathroom, so you would effectively be sharing a bathroom with only one other room mate. The house is generally furnished as is, so someone with minimal additional furniture is ideal, however we recognize the whole house is rented between us, and can definitely accommodate new furniture as needed.
