Then that $40 application per person covers our cost for the background, credit, and eviction reports.

Yes we accept ERAP and will ask what your plan is after the 3 months has concluded, should the government decide not to renew the program. Our property owners require verifiable employment prior to move in.
No this unit is not pet friendly. However, we do comply with all government requirements so a service animal wirh proper training and certifications, and an ESA with verifiable local documentation will be accepted.
Yes we work with Section 8 housing.
We will consider felons, however your candor in telling us the details will get an overall better reaction then waiting to see if we will find out ourselves.
